Note: this is a general distance from the centre point of the SANG. You will need to check the exact location or your proposed development to ensure that it is within the 5km Catchment Zone or whether it is outside but within the larger Chilterns Beechwoods SAC "zone of influence".
The Greenhaven Conservation SANG will have capacity to enable over 1,150 homes to be built across the ‘zone of influence’ where development is currently restricted.
If your development will provide 10 or more homes, it will need to be located within 5km of the SANG (our "Catchment Zone") If so, you will be able to apply to reserve credits at our SANG. You can register within the 5km area from as little as 1 credit, but you cannot register for more than 9 credits for any single development outside the 5km Catchment Zone.
